Hello classmates

Hello,

My name is Alexandra Whitaker, but I go by Alli. I'm 20 years old, and am majoring in Biology and Chemistry. I live off campus with my dog Fonzy, who is a Shepherd mix. I work at IHOP as a server, and intern at the animal hospital during my free time. Not really much to say. Love working at the clinic, lots of fun. Always something to do. The only interesting thing that has happened is that I am now allowed to observe surgery and occasionally get something for them. It's a lot of fun, while at the same time slightly gross.
The best one so far was from the other day, a Great Dane puppy had eaten a lock, like one of those that you put on a trailer or something so people can't break in. To find it, Ben (the vet) had to put a video tube down his throat and stomach so he could see how far in it was, then he just cut him open and got it out before it caused too much damage. It was neat! And yes, it was disgusting, but super cool at the same time. Well, that's it. Ta-da!
